Welcome to

Bonita Bay

The Treasure of Bonita Springs

There are so many things to love about this master planned, gated community. Bonita Bay is celebrated for its environmental stewardship, award-winning landscaping, and creative land use. More than 1,400 of its 2,400 acres of this amazing community are devoted to open space, including lakes, three waterfront parks, nature preserves and a 12-mile network of biking and walking paths.

Do you love Boating and the Beach?

Well, Bonita Bay Marina provides direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, and the private beach is the perfect place to relax at the end the day with a spectacular gulf coast sunset.

Do you love to Golf?

Bonita Bay Club West has three impeccable golf courses in Bonita Springs, located within our Bonita Bay gated community . Arthur Hills designed these three courses to preserve and enhance the natural features of the land. The two Tom Fazio courses at nearby Bonita Bay Naples on Immokalee Road, provide a pure golf experience on 1,000-plus-acres that include preserved cypress wetlands but no residential development.

The Bonita Bay Club West courses achieved Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary status in 1995:

Marsh weaves its way through wetland terrain with beautiful oaks and palmettos forming a backdrop for challenging golf. Natural wetlands and native vegetation provide both landscaping and water hazards. Tour This Golf Course»

Creekside features broad fairways and limited carries, while changes in land elevations create a subtle feeling of rolling hills. Bunkering and moguls add challenge to the greens. Tour This Golf Course»

Bay Island draws from the natural lay of the land to create the longest and most challenging of Bonita Bay Club West's three courses. Water hazards, sand traps and thick stands of oak and cypress await errant shots on a course that plays to all four points of the compass. Tour This Golf Course»

The club’s tennis and swim center has 18 Har-Tru courts and one of the most active tennis programs in the region, directed by two United States Professional Tennis Association master professionals.

Fitness and Swim Center

Licensed athletic and personal trainers staff the 10,000-squarefoot fitness center, which was redesigned in 2010 with new Life Fitness equipment. Licensed estheticians and massage therapists provide a full range of spa services. The adjoining pool is an option for fitness classes, individual workouts or a relaxed swim.

The Bonita Bay Club clubhouse was fully renovated in 2013 and it offers several dining options including the new 4,700-square-foot open-air bar and casual grill; The Fireside Room for intimate dining; and the main dining room, where seven bay window alcoves provide a long fairway view. The clubhouse locker rooms were reconfigured and rebuilt in 2012.

This is a vibrant community who's residents are renowned for their philanthropic efforts, civic contributions, and high-spirited lifestyle.

Bonita Bay, located midway between Naples and Fort Myers, is bordered by Spring Creek, Imperial River and Estero Bay. More than 1,400 of its 2,400 acres are devoted to open space, including lakes, nature preserves and a 12-mile network of biking and walking paths. Residents enjoy a private beach club on the Gulf of Mexico and a full-service marina with direct access to the Gulf.
